Job brief Presales Engineer work with Sales team to sell Soffit services (SOC, NOC, IMS, IT infra-Project ) to the Clients. The pre-sales engineer must be well-versed in the company's portfolio of services and keep up with new technologies entering the market. Help sales team & customers to determine the best technology solutions to meet their business needs. the pre-sales engineer will capture customer requirements, prepare, and present the service Presentation, conducting Demos, selecting the right solutions, and preparing proposal. Presales Engineer must prepare and maintain the SOC, IMS, NOC & Projects Product datasheets, Brochure, Customer Presentations, Pricelist, Proposal templates by coordinating with the Service Delivery managers & sales team. Presales engineers must maintain and update the data on the CRM and present the weekly status to the stakeholders. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a Presales role. Experience on IT Infrastructure requirement gathering, sizing for customers. Experience interfacing with both clients and partners. Have experience on SOC, Managed services, Network Operating Centre, IT Infrastructure Management and Projects Have experience on following Technology areas Log collector and SIEM tools, SOC operations, NOC tools like Op manager, NOC operations, Switching, Routing, Firewall (Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Check Point) SDWAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, FortiGate), Computing and Storage, Cloud Services – AWS, Azure. DLP )Symantec, Forcepoint), Accronic Backup Tool, NAC (Cisco ISE, HP Clear Pass), Office 365. Very good communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing). Very good interpersonal relation skills at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a complex international environment. Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities. Good to have industry certifications on any ITIL, CCNA, MSCE, etc. Responsibilities Collecting customer requirements, select the right products or services for their needs. Conduct customer presentations and demos to customers & Partners. Prepare the Proposal and share to sales team and clarify the technical queries. Prepare and maintain the product data sheets, Brochures, Customer presentations, Pricelists, Proposal templates. Skills: Smiler experience Presales of IT infrastructure Presales – NOC,SOC Projects, Managed Services.
