Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. o Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and match top talent with client needs.
8. Proposal Development:
o Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

9. Networking and Relationship Building:
o Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to connect with potential clients and partners.
o Build a strong network of contacts within the technology and staffing sectors.
10. Brand Awareness and Marketing Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the market.

11. Contract Negotiation:

o Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new solutions.

22. Project Management:
