The ideal candidate should have in-depth destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in B2C or B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry.Key Responsibilities:- Sell customized holiday packages for destinations including South-East Asia, Australia–New Zealand (ANZ), Europe, Kenya, China, and Japan.- Handle end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and itinerary planning to client servicing and closure.- Understand client requirements and design suitable domestic and international travel packages.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth tour execution.- Stay updated on destination knowledge, pricing trends, and seasonal promotions.Requirements:- 4–5 years of experience in selling holiday packages (International & Domestic).- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Must be from a Travel & Tourism background.- Strong knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation.- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.Perks & Benefits:- Attractive incentive structure based on performance.- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing travel brand.- Exposure to international destinations and travel fairs.
