Job Description

Job Description

Achieve P&L accountability for the business with visible YOY growth covering Hospital, trade, Institutional Sales and E Commerce. Lead Domestic Clinical Nutrition Brand business Sales and Marketing for current range of products. To layout product pipeline for the next 18-24 months depending upon the emerging trends in the Clinical Nutrition space that would offer better margins and imagery to the organization. Plan, Analyze and implement all operation and organizational objectives across Domestic markets keeping the quality of sales and Brand saliency in perspective. Driving the Key Accounts sales for Domestic markets in a strategic fashion. Develop and implement a strategy for distribution network across the country. Design various marketing strategies to improve Brand visibility. Bring the market intelligence to make New Product Development a very active process for growing the Company. Responsible for managing the internal and external stakeholder relationship.
