Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, soups, dumplings, stir-fries, sauces, etc.).
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency.
  • Assist in mise-en-place: chopping, cutting, marinating, and sauce preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Assist in receiving and storing Chinese ingredients properly.
  • Minimize wastage and handle ingredients efficiently.
  • Support senior chefs in menu development and food trials when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
