Follow-up with Buyers for resolution of gaps in purchase requisition for creation of purchase orders
Process and manage transactions related to Procurement sub-processes in adherence to SOPs and associated SLAs.
Perform operational tasks in various Procurement processes like PO creation across categories and BUs
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, documentation, and records in accordance with quality std.
Timely and accurately respond to inquiries, requests, or issues raised by internal stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality services and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to SLAs and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with functional process owners to resolve complex queries or issues, escalating when necessary.
Adhere to established processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
Follow relevant policies and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggesting ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collect, validate operational data and support Executive - Information Management to prepare timely reports for stakeholders.
Participate in training programs or skill development activities to enhance knowledge and capabilities.
Experience : 15+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain with a proven track record in Procurement operations for an organization of appropriate repute.
