Job Title: Business Development Manager

Near Christ University, Hosur Road,
Bangalore-
Employment Type: Permanent
Offered CTC: Based on your experience and current CTC
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM (Work from Office)
- Saturday: 10 AM to 7 PM (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Sales and Business Development team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Knowledge of building and managing franchise businesses
- Drive corporate relations and industrial relations strategies to build strong partnerships and networks.
- Develop, implement, and monitor business development plans to expand market presence.
- Handle high-level negotiations and maintain key corporate accounts.
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver consistent performance and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Oversee the implementation and effective use of CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Generate business intelligence and market insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups; travel as required for business meetings and relationship management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in Corporate/Industrial Relations at a senior level.
- Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience in managing and motivating large teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Open to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
