What you will be doing
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier leadership and sales talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, online job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and share insights with the team.
What you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Recruitment where, minimum 8+ years in recruiting leadership and sales professionals, preferably in IT Industry
- Proven track record of successfully filling leadership and sales positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, Passive sourcing techniques, Head hunting and social media hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
