Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Reach-outs: Initiate contact with potential collaborators – It can be with brands, content creators, podcast guests or any other partnership that the company is willing to initiate.- Brand Reach-outs: Identify and approach potential brands for partnerships, particularly for the XP shop.- Coordinating with respective POCs for the partnerships during the partnership tenure and beyond if any need arises.- Ensuring that the set deliverables are met from every business partnership.
Qualification required:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 years of experience in business development, marketing, or partnership management, preferably in the digital content, media, or marketing sectors.- Proven track record of initiating and managing successful partnerships.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience with social media management tools and CRM software.- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
Additional Information:
➢ This is a full-time, in-office role.
➢ Completion of the provided assignment is non-negotiable for this position.
➢ Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday (Sun - Mon week off)
➢ Work Timings: 10AM - 7PM
