We are seeking a Growth Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about influencer marketing, skilled in client acquisition, and excited about helping brands achieve their goals through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential clients across industries with tailored influencer marketing solutions.- Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and goals.- Act as a trusted advisor, presenting creative and effective influencer marketing solutions.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the influencer marketing space.- Use insights to refine sales pitches and strategies.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.- Ensure all proposals align with client objectives and showcase Barcode’s expertise.
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and upselling to existing accounts.- Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy and revenue goals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.- Provide client feedback to the internal teams to improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in influencer marketing, advertising, or digital media.- Skills:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.- A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.- Understanding of digital marketing and influencer marketing trends.- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
