About the Role
Orient Electric is seeking a dynamic Recruiter (Contractual) to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring non-IT profiles across our business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer management).
  • Market mapping and generating talent insights within the consumer durables, D2C, or electronics sector.
  • Building talent pipelines through proactive networking and market research.
  • Maintaining accurate hiring trackers and reports in Excel.

Requirements

  • Prior recruitment experience in consumer durables, D2C, or electronics industries.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills for non-IT positions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Immediate availability preferred.
