The ideal candidate will provide both functional expertise and technical capability to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of HCM processes tailored to complex healthcare workforce models and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities:Act as the liaison between HR, clinical operations, talent acquisition, and IT to define and deliver solutions across:Core HR – employee lifecycle, organizational structures, work relationships, and employment modelsPosition Management – position budgeting, job requisition linkages, staffing alignment, and approval hierarchiesRecruiting Cloud (ORC) – requisition creation, job posting, candidate selection, onboarding, and offer managementTalent Management – performance appraisals, goals, succession, career developmentPayroll – integrations with time and attendance, retro processing, costing, and payroll runsLead requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing cycles.Design HR business processes specific to healthcare such as union-specific contracts, credential tracking, multiple assignments, per diem staff management, and clinical role-based access.
