We are expanding our HCM practice and hiring multiple Fusion HCM Functional Consultants to join our team in Hyderabad.Role Overview:We are looking for hands-on HCM consultants with 6–12 years of experience in Fusion HCM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ideally with combined Oracle Fusion HCM + EBS exposure. This is a customer-facing, office-based role requiring excellent communication skills, strong domain knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead or contribute to end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations, rollouts, and post-production support - Configure and deliver solutions for Core HR, Talent, Absence Management, and Compensation (experience with additional HCM modules is a strong plus) - Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design scalable configurations - Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions - Provide user training, documentation, and change management support - Ensure high-quality delivery and act as a trusted advisor for customersRequired Qualifications:- 6–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (implementations + rollouts) - Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent, Absence, and Compensation (additional HCM modules preferred) - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM functional experience is a strong plus - Ability to translate business requirements into configurations and solutions - Excellent communication and client-facing skills - Strong HR domain knowledge, proactive problem-solving ability - Available to join within 1 month (preferred)Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work on multiple global HCM transformation projects - Exposure to both Fusion and EBS environments - Collaborative, growth-driven, and customer-focused culture - Full-time, office-based role in HyderabadHow to applyWe are hiring multiple positions for Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with 6–12 years of experience.
