About Role

Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Job Type: Full-time Permanent (Remote)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules like ORC and learning module. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HCM processes and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (cloud) functional consulting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ORC ( Oracle Recruiting Cloud ) and learning module
  • Strong hands-on experience in two or more Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting).
  • Good understanding of end-to-end HR business processes.
  • Experience in preparing functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reports is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
