Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Job Type: Full-time Permanent (Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HCM processes and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation and post-implementation support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.).
  • Provide functional expertise in HR processes and best practices to optimize the use of Fusion HCM.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Conduct workshops, UAT, and user training sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with Oracle support, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and global HR regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of total experience with at least 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM (cloud) functional consulting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in two or more Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting).
  • Good understanding of end-to-end HR business processes.
  • Experience in preparing functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reports is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
  • Experience in multi-country/global HR implementations.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be an added advantage.
