Location: Dubai (Work from Office)

Auditor Required Profile

Required Professional Experience & Qualification:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), including 5+ years specific to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting functional audits, health checks, or reviews of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Hands-on implementation / support / audit experience in a majority (ideally all) of the sub-modules listed:
  • Core HR; Workforce structure, employment models, person and employment records
  • Payroll; Legislative compliance, payroll elements, costing, validation, retro-pay
  • Recruiting and Onboarding; Recruiting campaigns, candidate journey, preboarding
  • Absence Management; Plans, accruals, eligibility, carry-forward, and policies
  • Talent Modules; Performance cycles, goals alignment, succession plans, talent pools
  • Compensation; Salary planning, bonus allocation, workforce compensation cycles
  • Learning & Development; Course structure, learner management, reporting

  • HR Helpdesk; Case management, SLA configuration, queues and assignment rules

  • Experience with security configuration and compliance across cloud-based ERP systems.

  • Must have any of the Oracle Fusion HCM certifications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications HCM Foundations Associate, Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Talent Management Cloud Certification, etc.

The candidate should be able to review and assess:

  • Configuration Workbooks;
  • Business Rules / Approval Rules;
  • Business requirements vs actual configuration;
  • Customization vs standard capabilities;
  • Pain points, bottlenecks, and user adoption.
