Responsibilities


  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead conversion to securing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring smooth project transitions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that meet customer needs.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and achievement of milestones.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work with leadership to set and achieve revenue targets while contributing to strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers by addressing pain points and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Market Opportunity Identification: Analyze industry verticals such as Automotive, Networking, IoT, and Industrial to uncover new leads and opportunities.
  • Customer Escalation Management: Serve as the key contact for resolving escalations promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • System-Level Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of VVDN’s integrated solutions across hardware, software, and mechanical systems to deliver comprehensive pitches.


Must have Skills (Mandatory)

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering concepts in embedded systems, including hardware, software, and mechanical components. Ability to contribute to technical documentation such as SOWs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Relationship Building: Proven skills in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid knowledge of financial metrics (EBITDA, P&L, ROI) for analyzing and optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Expertise in understanding client needs, addressing pain points, and delivering innovative, value-driven solutions.
  • Industry Awareness: In-depth knowledge of trends in engineering services, including Private-5G, ADAS, IoT, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
