Job Title: Lead Management Intern Department: SalesLocation: On-siteDuration: 3–6 months InternshipStipend: ₹7,000 per month (Starting)Job Summary:The Lead Management Intern will support the sales and marketing teams in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through the company’s CRM system. The role involves assisting with data management, lead tracking, outreach coordination, and performance reporting to ensure efficient conversion of leads into opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification: Review and evaluate inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria to determine sales readiness.CRM Management: Update, organize, and maintain lead data in CRM tools.Lead Nurturing: Support in executing follow-up campaigns via email, calls, or social media to move leads through the sales funnel.Market Research: Research potential clients, target industries, and decision-makers to generate new leads.Reporting & Analysis: Track and report lead generation performance metrics (conversion rates, response times, etc.).Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies for lead acquisition and engagement.Process Improvement: Identify gaps and suggest improvements in the lead management workflow.Required Skills & Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation concepts.Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM software.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision-making.Preferred Qualifications:Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Learning Outcomes:Hands-on experience in CRM and lead management systems.Understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes.Exposure to data-driven marketing and sales strategies.Opportunity to develop communication, analysis, and organizational skills.
