The role involves assisting with data management, lead tracking, outreach coordination, and performance reporting to ensure efficient conversion of leads into opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification: Review and evaluate inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria to determine sales readiness.CRM Management: Update, organize, and maintain lead data in CRM tools.Lead Nurturing: Support in executing follow-up campaigns via email, calls, or social media to move leads through the sales funnel.Market Research: Research potential clients, target industries, and decision-makers to generate new leads.Reporting & Analysis: Track and report lead generation performance metrics (conversion rates, response times, etc.).Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies for lead acquisition and engagement.Process Improvement: Identify gaps and suggest improvements in the lead management workflow.Required Skills & Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation concepts.Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM software.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision-making.Preferred Qualifications:Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Learning Outcomes:Hands-on experience in CRM and lead management systems.Understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes.Exposure to data-driven marketing and sales strategies.Opportunity to develop communication, analysis, and organizational skills.
