With a robust international presence, TUF Group operates offices and manufacturing facilities in India (Delhi, Kolkata, Vizag), UAE (Dubai) and Germany (Dusseldorf) and is poised for further expansion.Position: International Trade ExecutivesLocation: Initial base shall be Head Office Delhi, with potential for overseas postings (UAE, Germany and others).Key Responsibilities:Sourcing: Identify and establish relationships with suppliers, producers, and end-users of ferro alloys, cored wires, and other raw materials for the steel and metal industry. Evaluate the quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness of products.Export & Import: Coordinate and manage the importation and exportation of goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, INCO terms, and company policies.Market Analysis: Monitor global market trends, competition, and potential opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to drive the company's strategic objectives.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Act as the main point of contact for overseas clients, managing inquiries, negotiations, and contracts.Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share in existing markets. Achieve sales targets and business development goals.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all trade activities comply with international laws and regulations. Prepare and review documentation required for international trade transactions in close coordination with Compliance (legal), logistics, and finance departments.Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient and cost-effective inspection, transportation, and shipment of goods.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on trade activities, market conditions, and performance metrics for senior management.Candidate Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in international trade, preferably within the steel and metal industry or similar commodities. Fresh graduates can also be considered as trainees. Candidates with higher experience can be considered for senior managerial position. Hybrid option will be considered for selected candidates depending upon the role.
