We’re partnering with a leading healthcare-focused NGO to onboard a Manager – Corporate Fundraising (NGO Sector) who can strengthen strategic alliances, drive fundraising initiatives, and build long-term value with corporate partners.About the Organization (Client)A reputed healthcare NGO established in 2014, committed to making preventive, curative, and critical healthcare accessible and affordable for all .They work across key social impact areas including:• Primary healthcare access & awareness• Critical care support• Menstrual hygiene initiatives• Environmental programsThe organization is known for its rigorous due diligence , transparent processes, and strong relationships across hospitals, corporates, universities, and development partners.Role Overview: Manager – Corporate Fundraising The Manager will lead corporate partnerships, drive both monetary and non-monetary contributions, and build a sustainable stream of support across CSR, foundations, and multilateral networks. This role pairs relationship-building with strategic execution to maximize on-ground impact.Key Responsibilities • Build and diversify fundraising streams across corporates, foundations, multilateral bodies, alumni networks, and institutions• Design and execute deep engagement strategies to ensure renewals and meaningful long-term partnerships• Partner closely with leadership to build a healthy, sustainable pipeline of funders• Conduct due diligence on partners and ensure compliance with regulatory and MoU commitments• Lead large-scale fundraising campaigns and collaborate with internal digital/content teams• Manage legal agreements, documentation, and structured communication with partners• Organize events, conferences, charity drives, and high-impact fundraising initiatives• Develop feedback loops and ensure timely, high-quality donor reporting• Coordinate closely with Program, Finance, and Impact teams to create win–win collaboration opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For • Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience , ideally in the NGO/healthcare space• Strong CSR partnership experience and understanding of corporate engagement• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong project management, analytical thinking & stakeholder management• Ability to work in dynamic environments and independently drive strategy• Strong networking skills with hospitals, corporates, and institutesWhy This Role Matters You’ll be directly contributing to expanding critical healthcare access for underserved communities — shaping high-impact programs that transform lives.Salary as per experience and skills.To apply, share your resume at
