Job Overview We are seeking a Senior-level Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Surat, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's growth through strategic planning and effective lead generation. They will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and enhancing client relationships. Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience in customer relationship management to maintain and expand client networks. Proven expertise in strategic planning to set objectives that align with company goals and market trends. Strong proficiency in client relationship management to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Exceptional marketing skills to identify and exploit new business opportunities effectively. Lead generation (Mandatory skill) to develop new leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Adept at conducting market research (Mandatory skill) to gather insights that inform business strategies. Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions that support business growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain effective partnerships. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the companys growth objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and client base. Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and competitors. Foster long-term relationships with key clients by delivering exceptional service and solutions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings. Monitor industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and challenges. Drive the lead generation process from inception to negotiation and closing. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities.
