Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports related to operations, sales, finance, HR, or other business functions
  • Create Excel dashboards and summaries to visualize data and KPIs
  • Support in data entry, cleaning, validation, and maintenance of internal databases
  • Automate routine reports using Excel formulas, VBA, or Power Query
  • Perform basic analysis to identify trends, exceptions, or data inconsistencies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and adherence to reporting schedules
  • Maintain documentation of all reports and processes for transparency and continuity
  • Escalate data quality issues or system anomalies to senior members or management

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, TEXT functions, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization toolsAdva
  • Understanding of basic database concepts and data structure
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 02 years of experience in MIS or data handling/reporting roles
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a bonus
