Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager - Insurance Industry. This role is based in all over South India, India and is a full-time position. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of our insurance products in the South India region. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in the insurance industry and possess the necessary skills in agency sales, motor insurance, and team building.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of agency sales and motor insurance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the insurance industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to drive sales performance
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the insurance industry
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for growth
- Provide training and guidance to sales team members on insurance products and sales techniques
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
