Job Description:

Pepper Content is looking for a driven Business Development Representative who excels in communication, negotiation, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base in the US market, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Cold Calling:- Initiate and manage outbound cold calling efforts to identify and engage potential clients.- Conduct targeted outreach to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.

- Communication and Relationship Building:- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their content needs.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

- Phone-based Sales Techniques:- Demonstrate confidence and effectiveness in phone-based sales techniques.- Comfortably handle objections and navigate through challenging conversations.

- Market Awareness:- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.- Use market insights to tailor sales approaches and strategies.

Qualifications:
