E Commerce - KAM - Offline Sales / Online Sales Modern Trade - Personal Care-Industry
KRA's For Offline Sales Position KAM (Personal Care)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day business with assigned modern trade accounts (Big Bazaar, Reliance Retail, D-Mart, Spencer's, etc.).
  • Drive secondary sales and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate with store managers/merchandisers for visibility, shelf space, and in-store promotions.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and schemes at store level.
  • Track and ensure timely execution of sales orders, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including buyers, category managers, and operations staff.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in modern trade channels.
  • Regularly analyze sales data and share insights with the management team for better planning.
  • Coordinate with distributors/stockists to ensure product availability at the store level.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from modern trade partners.
  • Conduct periodic market visits to ensure brand visibility and compliance with merchandising standards.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare actionable reports.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, planograms, and retail execution.

KRA's For Online Sales Position (Ecommerce- Quick Commerce)

  • Responsible for Accounts On-Boarding and business development
  • Product listing on all e-commerce platforms
  • Should have knowledge or worked with all e-commerce platforms
  • Have worked with Inventory/Alpha/SOR Model with all the
    e-commerce
     players
  • Good knowledge about pricing
  • Good understanding about retail/FMCG business
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Should have an idea about content, Lifestyle Images, and A+ content and listings
  • Should be able to coordinate with the Performance marketing team regarding ads and visibility to grow the business
  • Handeling from sellers points
  • Should be able to close JBPs and achieve the targets
  • Drive the growth of
    e-commerce
     business by enhancing managing relationships with the retailers
  • Overseeing the daily operations of an Online retail business
  • Should effectively co-ordinate with cross-functional team

Eligibility -

  • Minimum Experience Required - 5 to 10 Years
  • Preferable from Personal Care Industry
