
Key Account Executive- E Commerce

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales Execution
Ø Manage day-to-day operations of Key E-Commerce accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.Ø Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and help onboard new E - Commerce platforms.Ø Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accurate updates in the PO tracker.Ø Maintain and reconcile account ledgers with online partners on a periodic basis.Ø Track product availability across platforms to ensure listings are live and performing.Ø Collect payments on time and maintain alignment with contractual terms.Ø Act as the primary liaison between clients (online platforms) and internal teams to ensure service consistency.
Catalog & Listing Management
Ø Ensure all SKUs are accurately listed with complete information, compliant with platform requirements.Ø Identify and resolve inactive, suppressed, or incomplete listings.Ø Maintain listing health by updating product content, images, pricing, and stock status.Ø Coordinate with the content and design team to update A+ content and product pages when necessary.Ø Monitor and report on listing performance and keyword visibility.Ø Performance Monitoring & Competitor TrackingØ Regularly analyze platform dashboards for sales trends, stock-outs, and traffic data.Ø Monitor competitors' listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.Ø Align platform forecasts with actual PO trends to avoid inventory or fulfillment issues.Ø Conduct virtual or in-person audits (where applicable) to verify product visibility and presentation.
Cross-Department Coordination
Ø Work closely with logistics and factory teams to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.Ø Collaborate with finance for account reconciliations, invoice processing, and payment tracking.Ø Share client feedback and platform-specific updates with marketing and operations for resolution and alignment.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Ø Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skillsØ Microsoft Excel: Proficient in using Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliationsØ PowerPoint: Ability to prepare and present business reviews and sales decksØ Presentation & Reporting: Comfortable presenting performance updates and forecastsØ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage listings and orders without errorØ Problem Solving: Ability to resolve listing or order-related issues promptlyØ Client Management: Proactive in handling client relationships with professionalism
Qualifications:
Ø Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldØ Preferred: MBA in Marketing, E-commerce, or Sales
Experience:
Ø 1–3 years of experience in E - Commerce account handling (Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce, etc.)Ø Experience working with FMCG, consumer goods, or retail brands is a plus
