Lifecycle Marketing Plans: Design and execute lifecycle marketing plans that cater to different user segments and stages, from onboarding to retention.


Campaign Development & Execution:


Multi-channel Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, etc.) aimed at increasing user engagement and retention.


Personalization & Segmentation: Utilize data insights to create highly personalized and segmented campaigns to target users effectively.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging and value-driven content that resonates with different user segments.


Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness.


User Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in user experience.


Collaboration & Communication:

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, customer success, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to user engagement and retention.


Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their needs and challenges are represented in strategic decisions.


Reporting & Documentation:

Detailed Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on user engagement and retention metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.


Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of strategies, campaigns, and best practices for future reference and scalability.


Education Qualification

2-4 years of experience in user engagement, customer retention, or related marketing roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
