We are looking for a creative and experienced Podcast Video Editor with a strong background in podcast episodes editing. Your role will be crucial in creating visually dynamic and attractive episodes that attract and hold attention of viewers at every frame, just like top influencers in the industry do.

Must Have Responsibilities:

1) Podcast Editing: Edit and produce video content for podcasts, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and visually appealing experience. This includes syncing audio with video, adding graphics, transitions, captions, and other dynamic elements.

2) Audience Engagement: Create videos that captivate and engage audiences from start to finish, leveraging techniques used by top influencers, such as quick cuts, eye-catching visuals, and engaging storytelling.

3) Visual Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual and audio quality across all podcast episodes, aligning with our branding and the latest trends in video content.

4) Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, podcast hosts, and other stakeholders to understand the creative vision and deliver content that meets and exceeds expectations.

5) Creative Direction: Provide input on creative direction, including ideas for intro/outro sequences, promotional clips, and other elements that enhance viewer retention.

6) Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current trends in video content and influencer marketing to ensure our podcasts remain relevant and engaging.

7) Project Management: Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

1) Experience: Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing work on podcasts or similar content, especially those with a high level of audience engagement.

2) Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.

3) Audio Editing: Strong understanding of audio editing, including noise reduction, leveling, and syncing audio with video.

4) Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to bring concepts to life visually, particularly in a way that resonates with today's digital audiences.

5) Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring all content is polished and meets high-quality standards.

6) Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

7) Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different creative styles, feedback, and the latest trends in content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

1) Influencer Content Experience: Experience in creating video content that mirrors the style and appeal of today’s top influencers.

2) Graphics Skills: Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.

3) Social Media Expertise: Understanding of how to optimize video content for various social media platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
