Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Manager located on-site in Manjeri. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, handle employee relations, and manage performance evaluations. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing HR programs. The HR Manager will also be involved in training and development, promoting a positive work environment, and addressing employee grievances.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge in developing HR policies, legal compliance, and HR programs
  • Skills in training and development, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Should be able to manage Hindi as well as English.
