As a full-time position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies, enhancing our reach, and contributing significantly to business growth. This role calls for a passionate professional with expertise in digital marketing and direct sales. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in digital marketing and direct sales with a record of successful campaigns (Mandatory skill). Strong proficiency in data analysis to monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies. Familiarity with CRM software to manage client relationships and streamline sales processes. Expertise in lead generation strategies with the ability to convert prospective clients into active customers. Experience in the admissions process within an eduTech setting to enhance student enrollment numbers. In-depth understanding of telesales techniques to effectively reach out to potential clients and close deals. Solid organizational skills to plan, implement, and assess marketing and sales initiatives efficiently. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and results to stakeholders clearly and persuasively. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Lead sales initiatives, managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to client acquisition and retention. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals and market trends. Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure aligned efforts in achieving company goals. Prepare sales reports and deliver presentations to senior management, highlighting performance and strategy. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
