Key Job Responsibilities:


Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, till onboarding.

Talent Sourcing : Use various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals) to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.

Candidate Experience : Ensure a seamless candidate experience, guiding them through the interview process and maintaining communication at every stage.

Data-Driven Recruiting : Utilize recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) to track the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.

Compliance & Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks to remain competitive in the talent market.


Qualification:


  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR role.


Skills :

  • Proven experience with recruiting techniques and tools, including ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing methods, including social media recruiting, networking, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Personal Attributes : High level of professionalism, empathy, and integrity with a people-oriented approach.
