Role OverviewWe're looking for CRM Executives / Sr. Executives (Chat Support) who are quick, empathetic, and solution-driven. You'll be the first touchpoint for customers across chat platforms, handling 350+ tickets daily with speed and sensitivity.
This role is all about conversations resolving queries, guiding customers...making sure they leave with a smile (and glowing skin ).
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via emails, and chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain customer interaction records and update the system regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Strive to deliver excellent customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements- 1–4 years of experience in customer support / CRM / chat handling , preferably in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle brands .
- Comfort with handling high ticket volumes daily .
- Strong written communication skills with a friendly yet professional tone .
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat platforms is a plus.
- Rotational weekly off – 2 days (flexible to work weekends / evenings if required).
