Familiar with the concepts and usage of playbook automation designer

Knowledge around setting up predictive intelligence solutions

Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integrations within different modules of ServiceNow

Worked with Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts & Script Includes

Experience building Transform maps, import sets & web service based integrations

Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others

Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
