Qualifications and Skills Retail Pharmacy Operations (Mandatory skill) - Extensive knowledge and experience in managing daily pharmacy operations and ensuring efficient service. Medication Inventory Management (Mandatory skill) - Proficient in maintaining optimal inventory levels and managing stock effectively. Team Leadership (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and ensure smooth operations. Pharmacy Software Systems - Skilled in using pharmacy management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Customer Service Excellence - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs promptly and effectively. Regulatory Compliance - Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations to ensure full compliance with industry standards. Conflict Resolution - Adept at resolving conflicts and handling customer complaints in a professional manner. Cash Management - Efficient in handling cash transactions and reconciling daily sales with accuracy and precision. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high levels of efficiency and service quality. Maintain accurate records of medication usage and ensure appropriate inventory levels are met. Lead and support the pharmacy team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and update staff on any changes to policies or regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and pharmacy services. Handle customer inquiries, provide expert advice on medication, and resolve any issues that arise. Oversee cash management processes, reconciling sales, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
