Role: Corporate Sales Manager (Channel Sales)

Designation: Associate Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager

Reporting To: Regional Head

We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager (Channel Sales). The ideal candidate will spearhead the expansion and oversight of our array of strategic partnerships with Insurance, Broker and TPAs. This position demands a solid mix of business development, relationship cultivation, and strategic foresight. The Corporate Sales Manager (Channel Sales) will hold a pivotal position in pinpointing, securing, and fostering partnerships that resonate with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnerships- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth in the indirect sales space- To be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the client- Keeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge

The Successful Applicant:

- Graduate with Min. of 3 years of relevant experience in Channel/Indirect sales or a similar related sales role- Demonstrated understanding of indirect sales processes and strategies.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment- Willingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost" attitude
