Job Description

1. Identify new clients and generate leads through cold calling, references from other

verticals, market contacts, etc

2. Reaching out to direct clients, corporate, PMC, and reputed architects for RFP

3. Making regular sales pitches with new clients

4. Meeting prospective clients and making presentations

5. Developing and strengthening relations with clients through meetings and follow--

ups

6. Identifying new leads of potential clients for Interior Fit-out

7. Meeting Architects, Designers, developers &, Leasing teams to generate business

leads

8. Keeping healthy and fruitful relations with a network

9. Keep abreast of market knowledge via Newspapers, magazines, etc.

Required Candidate Profile

1. The candidate should be from the interior fit-out industry with a strong sales background

2. Excellent pre-existing relations with corporate clients, Leasing teams, and PMCs.

Developers. Reputed architects

3. Candidates from previous sales backgrounds in furniture, corporate leasing,

carpet, modular, and interior industry preferred

4. Very strong local connect and credibility track record

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

7. Readiness for Pan India travel

Pay scale: 15-36 Lakh/Annum CTC
