Job Title: Associate Vice President - Private Client GroupRole: Equity Advisory/Dealing Overview:The Associate Vice President is responsible for overseeing the private client services, ensuring exceptional client experience, building relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.Provide tailored investment advice, financial planning, and wealth management services.The Candidate should be able to pitch and sell the firm's other Fixed Income and AUM-based products.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and personalised service.Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the Private Client Group's services.Analyse clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate investment strategies.Monitor investment performance and adjust strategies as necessary.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.Mitigate risk by conducting thorough due diligence on investments and client transactions.Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the Private Client Group Department.Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes that may impact clients.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field;

MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.Experience: 5 years of experience in the equity markets.Certifications: Relevant financial certifications are preferred.Skills and Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven leadership and team management abilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.In-depth knowledge of investment strategies, market trends, and financial regulations.
