Development & execution of sales account plansPipeline Management – Lead Generation and ConversionWork alongside product sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitmentCapable of managing a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfactionRecruit new agents and onboard themRepresent Study Group and our brands at exhibition and recruitment eventsIdentify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active managementProvide high-quality product and process training to agentsMonitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis

B2B or Channel Sales experience preferredKnowledge of international education systemsCold calling experience preferredCustomer-service orientated and consultative approach to sellingStrong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
