Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Channel Partner Sales at Organo Eco Habitats Pvt. Ltd. located in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing channel partner sales, developing strategies to increase revenue through partner channels, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
- Partner management: Onboarding new partners, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Sales strategy: Developing and executing channel sales initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
- Market analysis: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and market trends, and providing sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Training and support: Providing training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell the company's real estate projects.
- Contract management: Managing channel partner contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations.
- Compliance: Ensuring all partner activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Payment Process: Timely submissions of invoices to the accounts departments for qualified business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience in channel partner management and sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
