Title: Senior Business Development Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to join our growing team at Careerpedia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the sales of our innovative course offerings to individuals. With at least three years of experience in sales within the edu-tech industry, the successful candidate will understand the unique needs of our customers and use their expertise to develop and execute strategies that boost our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and articulate the technical features and benefits of our course offerings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategies that will drive revenue growth for our courses.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our courses to clients.
Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and work towards closing deals that align with the company's goals.
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and other relevant metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in an edu-tech company.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in technical sales being a strong plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a talent for conveying technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their goals.
Familiarity with edu-tech platforms, online learning technologies, and related tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Highly motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing opportunities.
