Position: Senior Business Development Associate

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 4 years (K-12 Experience Mandatory)

Language Proficiency: English and Telugu mandatory

Salary Range: ₹4-6 LPA (Negotiable based on expertise)

Job Description:

As a Senior Business Development Associate at NNIIT, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our reach in the K9 and K12 education segments. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Ed-tech industry, specifically in K9 and K12 education.


Connecting with the Leads & Follow-ups:

  • Dial 200-250 cold calls daily to engage with potential clients and assess their requirements.
  • Handle high-stakes meetings and close critical deals independently or alongside management.

Client Engagement:

  • Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively counsel clients on the benefits of our courses and close deals through persuasive sales techniques.

On-ground Sales & Conductions:

  • Participate in educational conductions/events within Hyderabad to identify client needs and close deals.
  • Take charge of organizing sessions and leading client interactions to drive enrolments.

Mentoring & Team Collaboration:

  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior associates, providing guidance, training, and performance support.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and optimize sales outreach efforts.

Strategic Sales Management:

  • Analyze market trends, develop strategies to outperform competitors, and identify untapped opportunities.
  • Regularly update CRM tools, track performance metrics, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Reporting:

  • Provide detailed reports to the management team on sales progress, client feedback, and team performance.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales in the Ed-tech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership roles and achieving sales targets.

Skillset:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the K9 and K12 education landscape, including challenges and opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting.
