Role Description
The Intended position will support Admin Team in complete Vendor Management for Indirect (Non-Productive Material) purchases. Vendor Evaluation, Vendor Onboarding, Payment process and Vendor Management overall . Will be responsible for Purchase Order creations in ERP, maintaining MIS, Trackers and Dashboards. The role will support Admin Team in Event Management, Employee Engagement tasks and any Admin related activities.
Qualifications
· 4-6 years of experience in Indirect Procurement / Purchases .
· Hands-on experience in using ERP System.
· Exposure to Vendor Management and interaction with various Suppliers/Vendors/Service providers.
· Coordination with various departments across the organization
· Graduation is required
Responsibilities
· Responsible for Vendor Management , Vendor Evaluation & Onboarding process .
· Negotiating on Indirect purchases and suitably recommending products/services .
· Creating Purchase Orders in ERP.
· Coordinating with Vendors and Service Providers for timely deliveries .
· Validating Vendor Bills/Invoices and processing.
· Coordinating with Finance Team for facilitating prompt vendor payments .
· Online purchases on various portals and accountability for deliveries.
· Responsible for Pantry Management & consumables .
· Maintaining of Vendor Contracts / Agreements and timely renewals .
· Supporting & coordinating with HR Team in purchases for organising events.
· Accountable for stocks & inventory control of Housekeeping & Consumables .
· Ordering and arranging for monthly Meal Pass & various Gift Vouchers for Employees.
· Visitor Management and extending required hospitality.
· Preparing monthly MIS and maintaining Trackers.
· Ensuring compliance to procedures and processes.
