**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Admin & Purchase located in Bengaluru. The Executive Administrator will be responsible for end to end admin and Procurement related works ( Asset Management, Vendor Management, Spares Arrangements, Store Management, Office Management, Travel Management Etc..).
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors
- Strong Negotiation skill
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in facilities management or related industry is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
