Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Support Manager based in Kohima. The Operations Support Manager will oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including coordinating between departments, implementing operational procedures, managing staff training, and ensuring optimal customer service. The position involves enhancing operational efficiency, conducting regular performance analysis, and resolving any operational issues swiftly. The role requires a hands-on approach in managing and supporting various operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Operations Management, including coordinating between departments and implementing procedures
- Strong Analytical Skills for performance analysis and problem resolution
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure optimal service deliver.
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in an operations role is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, dynamic environment
