Commercial and CFO.Conducting monthly reviews with factory teams to discuss various MIS, Scorecards, identifying issues and corresponding actions plans.Preparing the networking of products to identify the most efficient manufacturing strategy so as to minimize both Manufacturing as well as transportation cost.
