About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Otis, a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating between Area Executives, employees, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Area Executives to plan daily schedules and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain a team of service personnel to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Relevant experience of 8-12 years in service management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with quality and safety management systems.
