Qualifications Criterion:

  • Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone demeanor.
  • Persistence:  Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Technical Skills:  Proficiency in using any CRM software, MS Excel, , and other lead generation tools.
  • Education:  (CBSE/ICSE + B.Tech or B.E.) is a must.
  • Understanding:  Website Development Technologies & Platforms + SEO + Google Ads + Social Media 
  • Target:  Provide proof of meetings and closure rate of meetings

About Role:

  • Leads:  Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on sales leads and appointment setting with follow ups.
  • Proposal Formation:  Create proposals based on the pointers provided by BD
  • Collaboration:  Work with the sales, marketing team and Management team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Communication:  Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications regarding sales.
  • Target:  Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
  • Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to the prospective customers
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions change, innovations and trends.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field. (B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred)
  • MBA or other management qualification (Regular MBA preferred)
