Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive focused on lead generation and appointment setting for the international market. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and nurturing leads, setting appointments with key decision-makers, and driving business growth in global markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients in the international market through research, networking, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation across various channels including social media, industry events, webinars, and email campaigns.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting:
  • Contact and engage with prospective clients to introduce Insights Opinion's services.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with key decision-makers for the senior sales team.
  • Prepare and send detailed meeting agendas and follow-up communications to ensure appointment success.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and competitive analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to inform business development strategies.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and engagement activities.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to effectively communicate how Insights Opinion's services can address them.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the research and project management teams to ensure alignment and successful client onboarding.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, appointments set, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, market feedback, and business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development, preferably in the market research industry or a B2B environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and set appointments in international markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the market research industry.
  • Knowledge of international business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
