JobSummary:
Asa lead generation executive you will play a pivotal role in drivingrevenue growth by identifying new business opportunities doing leadgeneration building strong relationships with potential clients.You will leverage your lead generation acumen and industryknowledge to position our software solutions services as the idealchoice for our clients needs. In this role you will be responsiblefor lead generation engaging with prospects pitching our servicesconducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling salespresentations. Your exceptional communication skillscustomercentric approach and passion for technology will contributeto the achievement of sales targets and the expansion of ourcustomerbase.
Responsibilities:
- Identifyand target potential clients through market research leadgeneration and coldcalling.
- Initiatecontact with prospects set up meetings and follow up to nurtureleads throughout the salesprocess.
- Conductproduct demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentationsto showcase the value of our softwaresolutions.
- Understandclient requirements pain points and business challenges to tailoreffective salespropositions.
- Collaboratewith the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies thatalign with companyobjectives.
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients providingexceptional customer service andsupport.
- Prepareand present sales proposals quotes and contracts in a professionaland timelymanner.
- Keepabreast of industry trends competitor activities and market changesto stay ahead of thecompetition.
- Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of sales activities and customerinteractions in the CRMsystem.
- Achieveindividual and team sales targets contributing to overall revenuegrowth.
- Attendindustry events conferences and trade shows to represent thecompany and generateleads.
- Collaboratewith marketing and product teams to provide market feedback andcontribute to productimprovements.
- Participatein ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance salesskills and productknowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or arelatedfield.
- Minimumof 1 year of experience in sales preferably in the software ortechnologyindustry.
- Proventrack record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toarticulate technical concepts to nontechnicalaudiences.
- Stronginterpersonal skills negotiation abilities and relationshipbuildingcapabilities.
- Customercentricapproach and a keen understanding of customer needs and painpoints.
- Selfmotivatedproactive and driven to achieve salessuccess.
- Abilityto work well independently and as part of a collaborativeteam.
- Proficiencyin using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities are aplus.
- Willingnessto travel ifrequired.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ComputerScience, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience insales, preferably in the software or technology industry. Proventrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability toarticulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Stronginterpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, andrelationship-building capabilities. Customer-centric approach and akeen understanding of customer needs and pain points.Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve sales success.Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborativeteam. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and salesactivities are a plus. Willingness to travel, ifrequired.
