Job Summary

We are seeking a candidate with excellent command of the English language to manage drafting of official letters, formal correspondence, and documentation, particularly for e-tenders and related business processes. The role requires precision, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize official letters, notices, and communications.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation for e-tenders and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all written communication is clear, accurate, and professional.
  • Support management in preparing proposals, reports, and related documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.A./M.A. in English (Honours preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in letter drafting and documentation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain formal communication standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Document management: 2 years (Preferred)
