Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate with excellent command of the English language to manage drafting of official letters, formal correspondence, and documentation, particularly for e-tenders and related business processes. The role requires precision, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize official letters, notices, and communications.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation for e-tenders and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all written communication is clear, accurate, and professional.
- Support management in preparing proposals, reports, and related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.A./M.A. in English (Honours preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in letter drafting and documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain formal communication standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
